Pone receives every daily report. Only check a routing item when another owner needs to be involved.
All daily manager reports go to Pone.
If another owner needs to be involved, use the checkboxes under Issue Routing & Escalation. The app will add the appropriate owner only for that issue.
This manager report feeds the monthly and quarterly KPI roll-up. Daily operational facts are calculated now; weighted 0β100 scoring will use the approved Cincinnati KPI thresholds once those baselines are finalized.
Daily manager evidence rolls into monthly totals and then quarterly totals. The approved KPI category weights are preserved; the final weighted 0β100 score remains pending until Cincinnati performance thresholds are approved.
Quarterly performance is reviewed using this scorecard. The KPI bonus is separate from grooming commission, tips, and Manager Duty Pay.
